Bushnell Golf Rangefinder – Dropping Strokes Off Your Golf Game Is Easy With A Rangefinder!

July 21, 2010 :: Posted by - admin :: Category - General

When it comes to dropping strokes from your golf game you need to understand some of the easiest ways to do this without having to spend a fortune on lessons and without having to worry about how much time you have to practice and play.  There are other ways that you can make sure your golf scores start to get lower and one way is to use a Bushnell golf rangefinder to help you on the golf course.  This can be step number one to becoming a better golfer and you can be the best in your foursome fast.

The features of a good rangefinder include having a laser that will give you the most accurate yardages from anywhere on the course.  This is very important because the entire point of having a rangefinder is so that you can always have pin point accurate yardages to anything you need them to on the course.  You will avoid more hazards and hit better shots at the pin by knowing all the yardages you need.  When you have this type of tool in your hands you will always have confidence that you are choosing the right shot for the situation and the yardage.

The Bushnell golf rangefinder brand is one of the top choices for a rangefinder because they are the first company to develop pin seeking technology and they have also developed a feature that will give you the yardage of the differenct elevations on the course as well.  This means tha tyou have more of a chance to know exactly how far you need to hit the golf ball in order to put yourself in the position you want to be in for your next shot.  This just breeds confidence and will just make sure your game gets better.

There are many choices in yardage devices and you could choose GPS, but this might not be the right option for you.  GPS is a good choice if you know that the course you are going to be playing has been set up properly for GPS.  However, you always know you can get an accurate yardage with a Bushnell golf rangefinder and you do not know that with any of the GPS systems.  Some GPS systems work great and have many courses stored for you to use, but you still might struggle to get exact yardages to the pin, to hazards, and to landing areas.

Golf Tips For Starters

July 21, 2010 :: Posted by - admin :: Category - General

There is a lot of training and practice involved in golf in comparison to other games. First you need to learn to use yourdesigner golf gear, make sure you find a place for golf clubs training and most importantly, select the best golf footwear. Being the sport it is, golf isn’t so easy so here are a few sugesstions for newbies:

* Choose wisely- the very first step you should take is to choose your first set of clubs. Everyone knows golf is quite an expensive game and its gear could cost thousands of dollars. Keep away from the latest golf gear as a newbie. Remember-golf isn’t for everyone so there is a possibility that you might end up leaving the sport. A total waste of money! Comforting to know though that many of the leading brands including Wilson, Dunlop and Knight do have packages available that are quite affordable.

You can also find good clubs at garage sales. Pro golfers like to replace their golf clubs often so you might be able to find some set at a great price.

Basically avoid overspending since you’re still a beginner. Make sure you’ll stay long term with the game before you decide on getting more costly clubs.

*Learn the game- after you familiarize yourself with the rules, find a way to get lessons. Enrolling in a golf school would be great for those who have money. You’d learn fast this way. For those with a smaller budget, getting lessons from pro golfers at the club would be best.

* Practice- for your first practice sessions you might just want to use the backyard and find some bucket to shoot the balls in. You won’t have to worry about shooting bad and can practice your swing better. For practicing your putting, the living room would be great.

For those who have bucks though, the training grounds many clubs have would be a better place.

* Get out and Play- once  you’ve practiced your swings and putting enough and think you can handle a few eyes watching you, find a real golf course to play on. Don’t settle for any green lawn but find a course with all the holes and flags.

As a beginner, Par 3 courses would be better than the full sized ones. Courses that don’t have many people are a better idea since you probably would be making many bad shots and you wouldn’t want any ‘boos’.

Homes Juegos Carreras Real Estate Investing | Golf – Under Armour Golf – The New Clothing Era

July 13, 2010 :: Posted by - admin :: Category - General

homes Undeniably, golf is now entering a new era of high end goals and competitive players. Gone are the days of leisure, now comes a sport built on accuracy and robust wit. Now golfers think different and stronger.

While golf balls and clubs play a vital role, garments are highly criticized by the meticulous golfer. From shirts to trousers and accessories, they assure quality, functionality and of course design.

juegos carreras Whenever I have heard of any Tour player employ the services of a sports psychologist, that golfer is usually someone who is desperate to find the answers as to why they can’t win more golf tournaments. In my view, the answer to that question is simple: they are not mentally tough enough because they don’t have enough confidence in their own abilities.

Confidence in your abilities is the biggest key to being able to perform under pressure. However, confidence does not just appear in your game over night. Confidence only appears after a lot of hard work on your game, and from playing a lot of golf!

I just viewed a video of Lee Trevino. He said “….you won’t learn much from me…I never had a mental approach. I got my confidence from hard work.”

Trevino worked hard on his game, but that is not all. I’ve read stories of him before his days on the Tour showing up for a match with no money in his pocket and making lots of bets. You want to talk about pressure! Well, that is how you simulate the pressure of a golf tournament. You have to repeatedly put yourself in the position where something is on the line when you stand up to the tee on the 18th hole, or you are faced with that all important 6 foot putt. If you never do that with yourself, you will never learn how to deal with the pressure that just comes from playing in the 3rd flight in your club championship!

I find it very interesting that you find very few, if any, books written about the mental game by any top player. Sure, there are books that SPECULATE about how Tiger Woods’ developed his mental toughness, but he has never written about the topic himself. The same may be said about Jack Nicklaus who is arguably Tiger’s equal in terms of mental toughness.

real estate investing Various golf t-shirts are also available to match your skort. Make sure they are comfortable and they don’t affect your swing. Meanwhile, if wearing skorts is not your kind of thing, you can also opt to wear golf dresses. There are lots of dresses you can purchase to fit your specific body type, so you should have no problem finding one which suits you perfectly.

Gaining confidence to perform under pressure is simply a progression. I remember as a teenager, I was a pretty good golfer, playing to a 2 handicap by the time I was 16. I had won a few small junior golf tournaments. But, every time I would play in the men’s club championship at my club, I would play poorly, usually averaging over 80 for two rounds.

Finally, when I was 18, I broke through. That summer I stepped up my game to play well against more experienced players. In one tournament, a better ball of partners format, we were down two shots with one hole to play, a 550 yard par 5. This was back n 1984. I’ve always been a long hitter, so even playing with a persimmon driver, I could reach the green in two. However, on this occasion, it was playing into a little bit of wind. I hit a decent drive, leaving myself about 260-270 yards from the green. I pulled out driver and hit it from the fairway, best shot of my life. It rolled up to about 25 feet to the right of the pin. I was nervous as could be standing over the putt, but I knocked it in for the eagle! Unfortunately, my opponent knocked in a 15 footer on top of me for birdie, and he and his partner won by a shot.

All collections are available for men and women in both heat gear and cold gear.

Tight fitting success

While there are still some who raises their brows to this new apparel, there are those who firmly believe its grave contribution to a hole in one. A tedious athlete always assures he is free to perform at his peak anytime and any place or any weather You can be published without charge. You can to republish this article in your website or blog.
